The winners of the first Tokyopop Rising Stars of Manga competition held in UK have been announced.
This is the first and definitely not the last manga competition in the UK, Tokyopop have already held the competition in the USA for a few years now, and decided to start it over here to great applause. It was an instant success and apparently they received tons of entries and managed to choose the winners and runners-up.
Grand prize:
"Falling star" by Paul Duffield
Second prize:
"Fatal connection" by Sonia Leong
Thrid prize:
"Dojo dynasty" by Patrick Warren
